Can I purchase a second outer cover?
Sure, many of our customers purchase one cover for the kids, and another that's more fitting for when friends come over.
Will my inugo flatten over time?
All polystyrene bead-filled products lose some of their bounce over time. Of course, this all depends on how much time you spend relaxing in it. Once you feel your tail bone hitting the ground, it's time to come to get a top up. Email us to order your top-up kit.
Are inugos safe for children?
Kids love inugos, but to keep them safe please enforce the following:
1. Ensure that the zippers of both the inner liner and outer cover are tucked deep inside the pouch.
Once tucked in, they are specially designed to keep children from opening them and climbing inside.
2. It is always recommended that children remain under adult supervision when playing with or around,
an inugo.
If I purchase online, how long will it take to ship my inugo?
We'll deliver your order within one week in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area). For shipping times to other locations in Canada and the United States please contact us so we can customize your shipping and handling.
Can the outer cover be washed and dried?
Yes, you may put your inugo cover in the washer and dryer as you would any colour garment. Turn your cover inside-out and place it in the washer with similar colours using regular laundry detergent and a cold wash cycle. Do not bleach. Place in the dryer on a normal setting. Once the cover is dried it will feel slightly tighter at first; however with continued use it will stretch back to its original size.
How do I put the cover back onto my inugo after I've washed it?
Turn your cover inside-out. Line up two corners of your inugo with two corners of the outer cover. Hold onto the corners tightly as you pull the cover over your inugo product. This may require two people to do. Once the cover is completely on your inugo push the beads towards all corners of the inugo. Close the zipper by pulling it together and zipping. For child safety, ensure that the zipper head for the inner liner is completely tucked away and facing the opposite direction of the outer liner zipper head. Voila! Enjoy your clean and fresh inugo.
