How it works

Event setup

Configure event dates, operating hours, capacity limits, pricing, access rules and permitted user groups in advance. Settings can be tailored to different parking areas, ticket types, staff areas or VIP zones.

Pre-event access

Staff, contractors, and approved vehicles can be pre-registered and whitelisted for seamless entry. Season pass holders or authorised guests receive QR code event passes via email, which can be scanned by staff at entry points.

Event day operations

Prepaid vehicles and authorised users are validated automatically using LPR or access control, reducing queues and manual checks. Casual visitors can pay on arrival via mobile app, scan-to-pay QR codes, or kiosks, helping keep traffic moving during peak periods.
