User setup
Berth holders register their vehicle licence plates in the app and receive ongoing automatic access based on location rules set up in the management platform. Contractors or service providers can be issued temporary access by staff for approved dates or jobs.
Arrival and Identification
Vehicles are identified automatically on arrival using licence plate recognition ,with plated checked against active permits or temporary access credentials.
Automated entry and visitor payments
Authorised vehicles are granted entry without stopping, while casual visitors can pay on arrival via the app, scan-to-pay, or kiosks by choosing their length of stay.
Exit and access logging
All access activity is recorded, and will expire automatically when a visit ends or temporary permissions lapse, maintaining security while providing a complete audit trail.
